Psicologia di uno psicoterapeuta

Quasi per caso, in velocità, ho acquistato questo libro di Roberto Ruga, a cui ho avuto il piacere di comunicare il mio pensiero sulla sua opera. Di Aldo Carotenuto conoscevo la genialità delle sue intuizioni, la particolarità della sua pratica talvolta controversa e non approvata dalla psicoanalisi ufficiale, ma non avevo mai appreso di qualcuno che avesse sperimentato direttamente e sulla propria pelle il suo essere terapeuta "eccentrico", talvolta poco presente, centrato su di sé e tuttavia così profondamente nutritivo e sanante, senza riuscire a capire il perché... Mi piace la frase dell'autore con cui conclude il libro "un viaggio psicologico...ricco di emozioni, che nonostante tutto rifarei". Il libro è a tratti divertente, piacevole nel complesso, stimolante per alcune riflessioni cliniche riguardo per esempio il termine dell’analisi, la relazione transferale paziente/terapeuta, le delusioni, le idealizzazioni e le frustrazioni legate a questa speciale relazione. E’ stata davvero una piacevole sorpresa leggerlo.  |
